Dr. Roxana-Elena Stan DVM, our ABC (Animal Birth Control) clinic and campaign coordinator is one of the most talented spay/neuter surgeons in Europe.
She graduated from the Bucharest Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2012 and, after already volunteering for a couple of years in RAR’s spay/neuter campaigns, understood the importance and impact of a good surgical approach for animal welfare. Therefore she dedicated most of her career to improving the microsurgical approach of spay surgery, traveling all over Romania, and abroad (as part of ASNI vet team) to deliver keyhole surgeries in our mobile spay/neuter campaigns.
She is a qualified and dedicated hands-on trainer that will guide you throughout your learning journey with the patience, attention to details and expertise accumulated from the tens of thousands of spay and neuter surgeries she performed.
