I attended a surgery training (in the spay/neuter clinic) right after graduation and am very glad to have done it. It allowed me to improve my surgical skills in a way and at a speed that probably would not have been possible in a clinic in a first job as a new graduate. The whole team is absolutely lovely and eager to teach in that side of the clinic. I would only recommend a training in the spay/neuter clinic, though. Everyone speaks English really well and there is a good rhythm. If you are interested in internal medicine and wish to train in other aspects of clinical work, you should probably speak Romanian.
