He is the co-founder of the Veterinary Training Camp. He graduated first in his year in 2006 in Bucharest. He is mainly interested in surgery and orthopedics. He co-founded the Center of Hope Veterinary Hospital ‘’ with his brother, Dr. Aurelian Stefan.
He leads the orthopedic department at Center of Hope Veterinary Hospital and has developed techniques to reduce the surgical pain related to pet sterilization surgery.
He performs state-of-the-art mini-invasive stitchless cat and dog sterilization surgeries and strongly advocates for zero antibiotics after sterilization surgery in cats and dogs.
